OUMC Mission Team is hosting an informational training meeting on Thursday, August 25 in the Parlor from 5:30 – 6:30pm.
Our goal is for adding 3 more couples onboard! This outstanding community mission truly changes the lives of homeless families in our community, one family at a time! Ortega has been a partner church for many years under the loving care and time of many, especially Kathy Nipper and her team. At this time, Kathy is retiring from being the lead. The mission team is looking for 4 teams to take the place of Kathy and her leadership team.

What does being a lead look like?
Serving ONE week based on availability.
We will still use church members to fill all overnight spots and meals.
The lead person of the week would commit to being in town, available if a hole needs to be filled, a church volunteer for a slot has an emergency and can not fulfill their commitment, and available by phone for a volunteer question.
